The lady behind the cash register was friendly on entry and exit but we passed other staff and not a smile or hello or an offer to assist. They do have lots to choose from but for kids costumes I will go to other retailers with lower prices. This year I was not impressed but I have bought in the past. If there is great customer service I will pay a bit more but not double the price for a one time wear as kids grow.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Not as big of a costume selection as one would think. Sadly I had to go to Spirit Halloween to find what I needed in the end.
