Jackie was great helping us pick out vinyl plank flooring for my mother in law’s condo. We wanted to make sure we picked a colour that would work and a surface that wouldn’t pose a tripping hazard. We followed her advice and love the look of the flooring. My mother law is able to walk safely and more easier than the old flooring. Kelly was meticulous in the installation. We are receiving compliments on how it looks from others in the condo complex. We will definitely use and recommend Floor Coverings International in our next project.

I had referred Floor Coverings International to my parents who were struggling to find the time to match flooring patterns and the time to complete their flooring renovations. Shannon arrived with the Floor Coverings van that had over 3200 samples for them to choose from. They easily chose the flooring they liked and couldn’t believe Floor Coverings Internationals service was way below their budget. My Dad was happy to hear that the furniture would be moved and baseboards would all be done by Shannon’s workers and save him some valuable time. Shannon’s team came in and worked quickly and quietly. My Mom said when the job was finished she didn’t even have to clean anything up and you wouldn’t even know the worker was there at all. He removed everything and cleaned everything up for them. My parents love the flooring they had installed and can’t stop talking about the service they received. They said Shannon and her team were the best referral they ever had and passed the referral on to my Aunt and Uncle.

Visited the showroom today and Jaimie was super helpful! She was able to show me so many samples and talk about different budget options. I also found out that they bring or can bring the entire samples to you- so you can see how it would look in your space and with your colours! Beautiful selection of tiles, rugs, flooring and they share a space with wallpaper, blinds and so many other options! Highly recommend Jaimie! She'll gently walk you through your options.

We decided to change out the flooring in our 3 main floor bedrooms. We went to another flooring provider and picked up some samples to bring home and tried to select what we liked best. When the quotes came back, the square footage was pretty high, so decided to get another quote. After a quick google search, we found Floor Coverings International and stopped by the showroom on a Saturday afternoon. Since we're not flooring experts, we weren't to sure what we were looking for so the in-store associate suggested we have in in-home consultation. Shannon came to our home the following week... and we're so glad she did. She was so helpful at selecting flooring based on our lifestyle. She asked some questions about how we live in our home and took into account that we have a dog and a cat. Based on that, she brought in samples from the large collection available in the mobile flooring unit. When Shannon understood that we are planning more renovations, she was able to make recommendations around sub-floor, etc. She was at our home for 1-2 hours at no additional cost to us and prepared the quote at our kitchen table - then left us to take the time to make a decision. Once we decided to proceed there was good communication regarding the installation and Shannon and Carrie-Lynn came back for a post installation walk through to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. The total cost was about the same as our other quotation, but I KNOW we have better product for our family and a better outcome than if we had fumbled through it ourselves. If you are looking for excellent customer service... along with your flooring purchase, I totally recommend Floor Coverings International Regina.
