I booked my 7 year old son's birthday here last week. Though the COVID situation meant some restrictions, I was pleased with the effort of the staff to go above and beyond to keep everyone safe (for example, mandatory temperature check upon entry, wipe downs every half hour etc.). The hostess for the ceremony was very nice and new exactly what needed to be done. A special touch was that the birthday boy's piece of cake they served had his name on it. I didn't have to say anything to the staff to cut the cake that way, so I really appreciate the proactive and sensitive touch by the staff! The manager was also very warm and thorough. I wish a few more of the games were operational (almost all of them were) but kids loved what they played with so no complaints at all! We will be back

The experience wasn't good at all. It's still expensive and a lot of things weren't even on. The mouse wasn't even dancing...just the tv was on...kinda disappointing. The boat was squeaking so loud when running it was really annoying. I give them 3 stars for making an effort with covid safety like temp checks ,ect.

This establishment was not able to provide nutrition info about their food. I asked 2 seperate people that could not provide any information beyond the online “menu”, which only provided a picture of the menu with the amount of calories. I had to tell my diabetic son that we had to leave because we weren’t able to eat here. I seriously do not think anyone should support this place. Beyond unacceptable for a multimillion dollar franchise location.
Overall was well worth the money, we used a coupon found on the website and gave us lots of game time with our 4 year old. We went twice while visiting and neither time did we have troubles finding parking or getting our food which was really good. Most of the staff was friendly just ran into troubles with some machines using up your "tokens" but not actually let you play also many times ran into machines that didn't pay out and tickets. We did mention to the staff and they did correct the issues but was a bit of a time waste as was surprised how many times we did run into issues with the games. All and all it was a fun place to let the kid burn off energy.
My son and I ...HAD to go!. I need to express the urgency in my Adult's sons reaction to diving past and immediately turning into the parking lot of Chuck E Cheese! He is in his early 20's... And the last time he went was when he was about 5 or 6... Well...same excitement...same element of surprise and wonder, same zest for food and fun!. The cost of this day cannot be measured in money.. For Fun and Excitement....when was YOUR last visit???
Food was better than expected. My 2 year old had a great time. Huge fan of this place.
