I contacting Bright on a few occasions for my rental properties. I have found that Ed has always taken the time to explain things and give me options that can save me money. There is no cutting corners. They try to limit the surprises which is important to me. I have recommended to my friends with the same result. Look forward to working with them again.
I had an exhaust fan installed in my bathroom by Bright Plumbing. I got booked in quick, the guys got the job done in a few hours and the install looks slick. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
Our water heater broke and flooded our basement just a month after moving in to our home. I called around to many places and everyone was quoting me ridiculously higher than Bright did. Not only that, but everywhere else that we called also told us that our warranty was expired, but Ed from Bright did some extra digging for us and found out that we actually had another years worth of warranty. Ed was also so friendly and patient, and was great at explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. We can't express how grateful we are for the extra work that they put in to help us save a considerable amount of money after just moving in to our new place. Thank you so much everyone at Bright Plumbing Heating and Electrical. We will always recommend them 100%!

We give Bright Plumbing 5 stars. They had bought in the wrong size water heater tank by miscommunication. They are not arguing with the issue instead they work around to deal with the issue to replace a correct size tank. Great service!
They seem nice and offered a lower price then I was expecting, I haven't got any work done by them yet
