Great service. I know that we were lucky but they were here within a half hour of receiving our phone call
They showed up very quickly after we called about a blocked sewer line. Unfortunately their snake got stuck in our line. They worked very hard to try and get it out and when they couldn't, they helped co-ordinate with the city to have the collapsed line dug up and replaced. Excellent and prompt service!! Have used them for years.

Atlas Sewer freed my lines of tree roots, and six months later, still had my information on file and was able to answer questions about the work they performed. When I phoned to ask questions, they not only provided useful information, but provided relevant and timely advice. In my opinion, Morgan Rock went above and beyond with informing and educating me to ease my decision-making process. I would recommend Atlas because of their excellent service and professionalism when dealing with customers. They are polite, don't talk down to layperson homeowners, and are happy to spend a lot of time on the phone even if they are not being directly paid for the call.
