The dispatch staff here seem to have mental disabilities(which is fine but perhaps a different job and/or additional training are required). They are totally unable to understand customer requests and adopt a condescending tone when you push them to actually do their job. Management also seems to have a difficult time with communications. Steer clear unless you want to throw money out the window.
