The guy who fix our sink pipe was did an excellent job compare to the first one who came from different company. No leak at all. He works less than half an hour and the leak was fix. Salute to the person who bring by Ms. Winnie W. to fix our problem. Thank you very much. I highly recommend the Red Seal Plumbing for any pipe problems they are very knowledgeable and efficient to their job. Five Star is not enough _. Ten Star.

This company was very professional, effective and dedicated to resolving their clients issues. They promised to start at 8:00 am the next day & kept their word by prepping, digging, clearing obstacles and effectively completing the job as requested. They dug up the dirt/soil to the older pipes. Irmani their digger was efficient, effective, professional and completed the work quickly. Matt came to replace, cut to size and effectively install the new 4” inch pipes & an additional new clean out pipe. The ground was compacted with gravel rocks & soil to stabilize the new sewer pipes. The unclogged the backed up sewer with a mechanical newer powerful auger system, flushed the sewage outward to city system and tested the new and old pipes with water to ensure system was clean & fully operational. The manager & owner was there to ensure the job was done properly, effectively and without road blocks. Alex the manager‘s promise and guarantee to complete the job was exceptional & accurate. I would recommend this Red Seal Drainage & Plumbing for quick, reliable and honest drainage & plumbing work. The crew provided exceptional & not delayed service. A very good reliable company. Tony
Literally the only plumbing company who bothered to reply to my email requesting a quote. Note to other plumbers: that tends to get you business! Went with red seal based on the previous positive reviews. Red Seal was responsive, on time, completed the job quick, great service. Technician was on time, respectful, wore boot covers, put everything back in it's place after the job was done.
A 6 star experience all the way from start to finish. We had a plumber quickly to our house and provided a good overview and options. This individual was well prepared to enter our home and was following all the recommended procedures regarding COVID protocols. Kevin clearly outlined the options, and reasoning for them. Once we selected the option he returned quickly and completed the installation without issue. He was personable and efficient. This is our first experience with Red Seal but they will now be our go to plumbing service and Kevin will be our first choice for the work. No hesitation in recommending them.
Red Seal was the 3rd quote I got for this leaky pipe. Kevin came by to give me a quote and I ended up signing with him to get the repair done as he quoted a fair price, was friendly and not pushy about it. While fitting the new pipe he noticed some scratches on it, his OCD would not allow him to use it and ended up cutting a new piece. Quality work, professionalism, and paying attention to the finer details. I highly recommend Kevin and the Red Seal Team and would definitely use them again in the future.
