When I made my order, I phoned the number provided on google for the main restaurant, it ended up then transferring me to a call Centre. Which was fine. The agent I spoke to was lovey and informative. When I went to the restaurant however... the gentleman that came out was blatantly rude. I felt like I was getting in trouble because “he had no idea who I was and what I was doing” due to the call centre not grabbing my vehicle information. I had gotten a text message, which I informed him of, that stated for me to text “HERE” when arrived. He then told me that “oh, those texts go to the call centre, not us, so we didn’t know”. If you are not aware of when a customer is using what has been provided to them, then why is it being enforced and used? Either way, I was informed to drive around and go pick up my order. Perfect.. When I got home, I noticed that our “shrimp scampi” that we substituted the “walts favourite shrimp” for was missing, when I ordered it on the phone with the call centre the agent I spoke to informed me it would be a pasta. I had called the restaurant and spoke to a manger, as per the choices on the phone system. I got the same gentleman that I got my order from - as he has a very distinctive voice. I informed him of the issue I had noticed and I was immediately told my order was right and it was in there. He asked about the cups provided in the entries plastic container and that was “shrimp scampi was the garlic shrimp and that both portions are in the same cup” Added that I can “go online and look at the difference on the menu” and then was spelling it out. I can say the food was amazing, glad the kitchen provided exceptional service.

I want to start by saying Thomas was our server tonight and he was super delightful. The service, food and drinks were 10/10. Very satisfied with our date night dinner.

Food and service over all was good. My boyfriend and I ordered the crab legs and they tasted really nice. Only complaint was the garlic butter didn't come with a candle butter heater it so the whole meal got cold pretty fast. I personally would not order the mozzarella sticks again as an appetizer because the free biscuits were wayyyy better
I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this great place. happy to tell that we passed a astonishing evening and the venue was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that outstanding meeting. The waiters participated in a graceful manner, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were extremely overjoyed. We shall no dout return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
