I love my TV box, it is the best money I have ever spent. Any issues there is an online support group or you can go to the store for hands on assistance. Carl and his staff are great.
I got my tv box from here and I love it! Carl has been super helpful with fixing any issues I have run into at all times of the day. He also fixed my exs phone when he cracked the screen for a good price, and very quickly!! Great people there always very friendly and helpful! Thanks Carl and staff!
Poor customer service. Very poor communication. Had my phone for over 3 months to fix a screen! Long story short they are very unorganized and really don't seem to know what they are doing. UPDATE: So they messed up the screen installation. I brought it back to get it fixed and they broke my screen again! Another 3 months later and they still didn't fix it! Got my phone and money back, went to Cell Phone Medics and had the phone repaired the same afternoon. AVOID THIS PLACE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. PS Ignore the 5 star reviews about the TV box if you are interested in repairs. I can't comment on the boxes.
My friend got her screen fixed here and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have yet to break my screen, but if I do, I'll definitely go here. So quick and cheap compared to anywhere else.
Bought a TV box from these guys a year ago, wish I'd bought one sooner! They've saved me a fortune! Worth paying a few bucks extra for these boxes as the constant updates and support group is amazing.
A friend referred them for a TV box. Sounds like a great way to cut the cord on satellite. Haven't been down to purchase one yet
