I didn't really have much problem with the company until half of our deposit (around 430) was charged as cleaning fees after we left the unit. I spent a week with cleaning beforehand and even cleaned some spots from the walls/cabinets the previous tenants left there... so I believe it's a bit too high as a fee (or the cleaners are paid extremely well?). The smoke detector was missing and never replaced, the dishwasher was broken when we moved in and never fixed (in a year). We got a discount for signing a 1-year lease and they were flexible in a couple of things though, so altogether it's not a bad experience.

We have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are very professional they address your concerns very promptly or as quick as they can never have we had to wait for a reply they bend over backwards to help you out the best they can. Very nice polite people to deal with. They are willing to work with you when you are having other issues they are very understanding very happy with the way they run things . Will always recommend this company
This place took over a week to reply to my email about a possible rental unit by that time it was already gone. Their website states they answer on a first come first serve basis. They asked me if I wanted an application twice through email (though I never got one) and on top of it all the first form they wanted me to fill out a pre-screening COVID-19 application online
