I rented from one of their buildings they \supposedly Care\ about....most Horrific building I lived in, Landord could care less! Calgary Housing bought my rental building back in 2006(boom time) and everyone Evicted with NO RENTALS TO MOVE TO! The non-profits organizations are for Their enjoyment of screwing over those they can....Legally..! TRUMP 2024

I any time had questions those people are who to ask! They no all services in the Red Deer area added all rental policies are the same basically. I dont mind talking with them people anytime. I can find new up to date rentals there regularly each week. Again I do know the rental policies and I do know what's legal thanks

To be honest Red Deer Housing Authority is a good place to call home super quiet and friendly staff members Lorraine & Shannon are friendly. I’ve lived in Red Deer Housing Authority for two years but I haven’t had any problems with Red Deer Housing Authoritiy members. I was keeping my house cleaned I love to organized at all the time because I don’t like the mess myself. And when I decided to moved out they gave me all my damaged deposit I didn’t had any problems with Lorraine or Shannon they were respectful and honest with me as their tenant I didn’t wanted my visitors to sleep over at my house because I had to follow the rules about Red Deer Hosuing Authoritiy. I was cutting my grass keeping my yard clean taking care of my snow removal. The truth is that Red Deer Housing wants to help the people indeeds whoever doesn’t like Red Deer Hosuing staff members which means she did break the rules that was told her to follow when she first signed agreements with Red Deer Housing. I was honest with them about my family members coming over to visits me and my children because of my conditions since I was little girl which still makes me diszzness and passing out anywhere I go but I am very thankful and grateful to be Lorraine and Shannon tenant again because I can’t afford in living from other properties and I am hoping that Lorraine she’ll help us sooner or later. I believe it’s the time to my children to grow up from Rec Deer Housing because I don’t have enough for my own living with my children still I’m looking for a jobs which I’m still applying to cover some expenses in the house like utilities, clothes, books for school, food, and some medications that isn’t covered by the government. ( I ️ Red Deer Housing ) wonderful job guys! Thank you so much Lorraine and Shannon for having me and my two Children’s two years ago hopefully to hear about the availability soon.

Honestly I’ve lived in low income housing for 3 years now. I was lucky enough to get in because I was struggling and alone, and barely had any money, I couldn’t find a place of my own, I couldn’t find a job, and I had a little boy and was pregnant.. they helped me when I was in need and I will always be grateful for that! Granted there are some issues, some of the places are a little bit rough, and not babygate friendly.. BUT that being said beggers can’t be choosers.. the above comments are ridiculous and probably from people who maybe did have a bad experience and I get that but you WILL NOT find another place as a single monther trying to get by where the rent is SO low and most of the utilities are paid for.. you are lucky and privileged to get a place through them EVEN if you think it’s “a dump”... yes a lot of kids in the neighbourhood run around and might be a little annoying but that doesn’t mean the parents in low income housing are bad parents! I don’t do drugs, and I’m a very great mother and very strict with my children... you can say all you want about other people but in the end it’s a reflection on who you are. Shannon and everyone on that team are VERY helpful and kind and they work hard and manage A LOT of buildings.. cut them some slack if they’re grumpy with you, it is probably because they deal with rude people all day demanding more when they give everything.. follow the rules and pay your bills on time and you won’t have any problems! I live in a beautiful home through them and I am blessed to have them help me!!

The worst, don't rent from them. They treat your horribly and they keep all of your deposit. Renting from these poor excuse for landlords has become the worse experience of my life. One I hope to forget one day.
