After having a poor experience when I purchased my vehicle back in August and then having another poor experience a few weeks ago with some issues that arose, the general manager got ahold of me and was wonderful to deal with. He asked about the situation and heard me out and was more than willing to help me resolve the issue. He wanted to rectify the situation and I was more than willing to chat with them about how to move forward. My last experience here at Gary Moe Mazda has been a much better one, and I appreciate the customer service from Todd the general manager as well as the guys in the service department. They treated me with such respect and wonderful customer experience. Thanks again!
