The best way to travel Alberta. I take this service weekly and it's great. You can take upto 6 pieces of luggage. Leather seats. Free wifi, cookies , water. Very relaxing

Nice buses equipped with wifi (works on and off). But overall experience was good. Great staff and friendly service. A bit expensive but worth.

Red Arrow Service at YYC Airport is the best customer service I have ever seen so far, and I have gone almost everywhere in the world. Thanks to the Red Arrow Front Desk Staff on duty am Wednesday 25 July, for the 12:30pm Edmonton trip. You have raised the bar!!! Red Arrow experience is one I will encourage everyone to have, it will re-define the offerings and your expectation of customer satisfaction.
