Starting off with the company website, the information provided is crystal clear yet not complicated to understand. In addition, after Ida called on the scheduled follow up phone appointment, her profesional advice and details give me further confidence to sign up with them. However, Michael is partner of Ida played trick when he shown me the video of how the bracket will be installed on the roof by skipping the part he did not like me to see because I was asking seriously will the installer drill through my shingle . IMO , this is a non-professional act and should stay away and find another trustworthy company to deal. His act was reported to the supplier and installer that he did not do his jobs to inform the customer. 4 people from supplier and installer companies paid a visit to discuss with me and they noted my complaint.
