Ordered a Nike Raptors jersey online. Best quality. Arrived fast and Real Sports Apparel added some gifts as a token of their appreciation. Best online sports store! I recommend RSA to Toronto sports fans.

Let's go, let's go,.... Let's go, Let's go Raptor.... Here's a nice song inside the stadium. To motivate the team and set the mood, are the good word. Both teams are strong but Toronto Raptors was even stronger. Fair play and good game is what we expect from the pros. My first live in Toronto. There are many official shops with quality products, if you like, there are pills, helmets, sports shoes. It's a good place to laugh and enjoy with friends.

I never leave reviews but I had to make a special exception for the treatment that I was given by RealSport. I ordered three items from their online store (sweater, shirt and hat). Other than just receiving the three items I ordered, RealSport also gifted me another 5 items (shirt, limited edition basketball, lanyard, glass cup, patch pins). I have never experienced this sort of generosity from a retailer before. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Went here after the Raptors won, maybe a 2 weeks after and there was still a giant lineup. So I eventually came 3 weeks later and there was no lineup. easy. However, the staff seemed a bit unfriendly and rude. Maybe cranky and stressed from all the crowds. But overall good experience. Tip: you get 10% off if you use VISA, so i highly reccomend that! They also have tons of sizes of the championship jerseys and its conveiniently located a few steps from union station.

Last year I ordered a shirt that arrived used and I had to go thru the long process of returning it and was greatly disappointed. I have to add now that Real Sports has made it up to me. To my surprise a box arrived today with a number of items in it from real sports including a nice T-shirt from my wife a basketball and some other raptor swag. They also included a raptors championship glass. Someone understands good customer service.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a gift online on Dec. 14th in hopes to account for delays during the holidays and covid. It's now January and my package delivery date got delayed to January 4th when it was first Dec. 30th. It's been 18 days from the time of my order and the item is still in Ontario and not in Alberta. How many weeks does It take to ship a hat in Canada is all I wonder. I've had small businesses from even further away in the country ship in a much shorter timeframe. I want my item in the next few days, and I don't know how long it will take now, but they've lost my future business. This is why bigger businesses will always succeed, get on track with your customer service and provide a good service or get out of the game.

They never answer their phone. Had to go in to find out they didn't have what I was looking for. Staff is nice and store looks good. Answer your damn phone to save people time!
