The product differed greatly from what I requested. I stated the finished product should be 9x12in and provided a 9.5x12.5in file to allow for accurate cropping, and was given printed copies with 1/2in white margins around the edges, which was printed on an alternate paper stock, not the one I approved. They were nice enough to cut it down when I asked, but left my bleeds on and only removed the white margins. I called when I realised that the product wasn't the right size, but they only offered that I drive back in the middle of my shift and cut them down again. Really nice and helpful, but too overworked and completely scatterbrained.
