Ravenhill has been my insurance broker for more than 15 years now. I have worked with Kaleb and his team since I moved to Alberta in 2006. They are a great company and I have never had any issues. Over the past few years my insurance has gone up but I know from research and discussing coverage with other insurance companies that it has gone up everywhere across the board. I have been working with Serena over the past few years now and she is wonderful and easy to work with! She has always been honest , professional and responsive when discussing rates and coverage. I know that if the time comes that I need Ravenhill they will have my back. I would strongly suggest giving these folks an opportunity to earn your business!! I honestly can't believe I'm writing a positive review on an insurance agency. Throughout my life, I've only had grief from companies like this. Ravenhill has been a BIG exception! Without my input, they've constantly strived to find me the best coverage at the most reasonable price, for my home insurance. I was pleasantly surprised a couple of weeks ago when my auto insurance broker, Ravenhill Agencies, contacted me suggesting that I could save on my renewal. I had already paid the 25% increase, but through the efforts of an individual at Ravenhill, I was given an option to secure coverage through an alternate provider. In the end I eventually saved and there was no 25% increase. Thanks for going the extra mile Elizabeth.
