I stayed at Unit 6 for three months, from February to April. Contacted the owners well ahead of my stay, signed an agreement and paid a deposit to reserve the unit. All straight forward. Once I arrived in Windsor, one of the owners (Baron) picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night. Drove me to the unit, gave me a short tour and handed me the keys. It took a little while to figure out how best to pay the monthly rent, but it worked out and I felt no rush or pressure from the owners. The unit itself was nice. Clean, warm and fully furnished. Nothing bad to say about it. My only gripes are that I couldn't turn down the heating, and that the laundromat only took 1 coins. I always got quick responses when I had a question or request. When it was time to leave, Baron drove me to the airport again. It might not be the cheapest place you can find, but it was great. And it's very close to both the university, the waterfront, public transport and larger roads.
