Ramsey Property Management is a terrible company to manage properties. Their lack of getting the job done, their arrogance and their disrespect for our tenants are evident, to the point where we had to request to the president of the board that they no longer be permitted on the premises. We had to keep on them as you do with a child that needs to be coerced to do their homework. The time and effort spent into trying to get them to do their job and doing so in a professional matter was exhausting. It would be wise to save yourself the hassle, headaches and constant frustrations by simply hiring another management company.
