Service and workmanship excellent. No bill received until 2nd notice received 2 days before late payment penalty applied. 'Pay online' feature doesn't work.
My favourite thing about RAM Exteriors is the simply wonderful human being that is their receptionist. Her names Hannah. Seriously, if you ever get a chance to strike up a conversation with that lady do it. And their candy bowl..... they have an excellent candy bowl. I suspect Hannah has something to do with that as well.
These guys were fantastic. They redid our entire roof complete with new decking. Justin and his crew worked clean and efficiently, made sure everything was 100% before they considered the job done. It is the best looking roof on the block. They are now our contractor of choice. Great job guys!
Unfortunately, I am not able to post a positive review for RAM. The eaves job they did took much, much longer than anticipated. The inefficient communications between the office, contractor and me as customer was not only disappointing, but resulted in the contractor having to come back more than once to fix mistakes. Ram employees/contractors are all nice people, but our experience doesn't give us confidence in recommending them to anyone.
