Brad and Jason did a great job helping me with a system upgrade as soon as I stepped in the store. They took the time to look at my vehicle and listened to my needs before discussing with me the options I had available. When we ran into some technical challenges they spent time researching and making sure they found the best solution possible to let me keep my stock head unit and functionality intact while still getting great sound and tight crisp bass. They also managed to fabricate an amazing sub enclosure to fit the unique space I had available due to my convertible housing and Jason made sure to put some nice finishing touches on it to make it look completely flush and like it was always supposed to be there. Brad was knowledgeable but did not pressure me as I chose my components and really went above and beyond my expectations. And the sound system they put together sounds amazing! You’ve made me one happy customer.

My name is Richard Henry and I have used Ralph's Radio on many occasions I have brought my fleet of work vehicles there and my personal I have gotten everything from security systems, auto start, reverse cameras, front cameras, tracking software and sound systems they are absolutely amazing at what they do the craftsmanship and installation is always beautiful work and the one time I had a camera that had a small moisture leak I brought it in and they replaced it at no cost for warranty with no issues at all the team is absolutely amazing brad has helped me on many occasions and always gives me the information I need and best price options he will always call back when he says he will and has never let me down i had the pleasure of meeting Will this last service and just like brad he did not disappoint I came in for a certain job and forgot to book another slot for extra work although he did not promise it could be done he said they would do there best and they did not only did they install the extra components that i did not book time for he also got the job done hours before the original pick up time I am so happy to have a team I can trust anytime I need work done so thank you Brad and Will for all your hard work and great customer service and thank you Ralph's Radio team for great installation work and products when ever I think of vehicle work I think Ralph's Radio highly recommend them
This was my 3rd time having them install/look at something in my car. First time was to take a look at a stereo that was malfunctioning. They took it out and recommended a shop nearby that could do the repairs and they didn't charge until it had to be reinstalled. A few years after when the stereo started dying (it was an old stereo), I went back. Bought a stereo and had them install it which is still currently in my car today. So when I wanted to get a dash cam installed I went back to Ralph's based on my past experience. Got a quote from Brad and he was great to deal with. They did a great job with the install. The only minor issue was that the rear camera needed to be lowered to avoid seeing the frit which I should have checked before leaving. Contacted Brad and was able to make an appointment to bring my car back in to make the minor adjustment. I'd gladly use them again and recommend them.
We have been dealing with Ralph's for forty years, they always make us feel loved and welcome... We look forward to another forty!
The guys really at Ralph's gave me a great sound system upgrade for a decent price. Car speakers sound amazing and driving my car is such a better experience now. They sound proofed my doors which lowered the cabin noise by quite a bit. I didn't realize how much difference these small things would make. Would definitely recommend!
