Sudbury location isn't very helpful, rude on the phone and they make you feel like you're putting them out while trying to place a concrete order. Call Fisher Wavy instead!
Best sales staff ever
I don't usually like to put in a review but after this call i've made to Rainbow concrete i felt it necessary to rant! I always like to support Sudbury business before the large box stores but this one will certainly not be worthy of my time or hard earned dollar! I called for a price on a stone and it was very obvious that the sales lady at the other end was not enjoying her day or certainly not eager to serve a future customer! I always try to be very bubbly and appreciative of the service i am given to the person at the other end... but after todays conversation I will definitely be taking my order to Lowes !
