I sent an email to your company to inform you of my dealing with one of the dealerships you own and it's been two weeks since I've heard anything back. I've also in that time have contacted your customer support via chat and have been told that I would receive a callback. And that's been twice in the past two weeks. I'm glad I'm not bound to bring back my car to the same dealership. If I'm being treated like a number now after purchasing my SUV, I don't want to even think of what it would be like if something went wrong.

Went looking to buy a new Toyota Corolla, customer service was poor, sales guy didn't even offer a test drive. All he was interested was showing his computer screen. Even after mentioning utbwas a cash purchase. No follow up either .

Good thing about this group is they hold a monopoly in their brands, which is eventually not good for consumers like us. I personally know this guy Rafih, a Lebanese decent person, who knows how to capture a business make unbelievable profit.
