After physically walking the damaged phone into ROGERS, secondly trying a myriad of possible solutions suggested by ROGERS Texpert via landline, and thirdly calling Huawei in Asia twice to try further unsuccessful possibilities, it was finally recommended I take it to a 3rd party for repair. Three weeks of spinning wheels trying to rescue photos etc off of the harddrive, Mickie, at Radical. proved a miracle worker able to retrieve data off my water damaged android phone. Thank you Radical for persevering. His "Never giving up" attitude is in common with me. So happy to get our daughters wedding photos from my cell taken just a few days before I fell into the water.
I highly recommend. I’m on ODSP and they helped me greatly. I purchased a used Mobility scooter. They picked it up. Repaired it and even shined it up for me and got me a new key! They were very patient with the delayed payment for the repair from ODSP. These are good people who were really helpful in a pinch! It’s been a few months and my ride looks and works great!
