Phone went in with a cracked screen, came out with a new screen that wasnt glued down properly, a speaker that didnt work and a headphone jack that didnt work. Recently the screen cracked again whilst the phone was in an Otterbox and was taken to a registered Samsung repairman in Kitchener who was able to affix the new screen correctly, and noted that the previous repair had been done with screws forced in at the wrong angles and to a really poor quality. Lucky I took it elsewhere this time so that all of Radicals mistakes could be fixed. Wont be taking anything to them in the future.

I would definitely recommend this place for phone repairs he knows his stuff and was able to replace my A50 screen for a fairly decent price and time without any factory reset or data loss.
Awesome service, mick is very knowledgeable when it comes to any info on how to for your technology .
