Great experience with this great little company. Ordered a set of training rollers from this company online yesterday, called to verify stock. I was told I would get a call back and I did!! So nice to speak to a polite helpful, genuinely concerned person. We decided that it would be quicker for me to pick it up. Went this morning, 2 great guys in the store, polite, friendly and efficient. Got my stuff and went on my way. The prices were awesome too. In these days of competition its customer service that counts. Rack Trendz customer service is the best. Thanks guys

Don't bother buying from this company. Called them and they didnt want to take my order over the phone, they said go online. Which I did, they offer free shipping. Then they called me and said its ready for pickup. I told them if you want us to come by and pick it up from south Richmond please assemble it this way I am saving you on shipping costs, they said they will get back to me. 1 minute after he hangs up he cancelled my order with I got a email notice!. I dont know what type of business they are running but it wont last long if they treat customers this way. We called Rack Stop with awesome customer service and we are picking up from them fully installed and mounting for the same price to our car hitch today! Now that is customer service.
Seems like a decent guy. Asked for photo ID and asked to take a picture of my DL, I said no and was pretty creeped out.
Do you want to get the worst shopping experience ever? try RACKTRENDZ! I ordered a bike trainer from this place via Amazon. One day after it was delivered, I decided to return it since I found the same product way much cheaper than what I had paid (I paid 499taxshippment, but the product is sold for 249 on their own website!) WITHOUT EVEN ASSEMBLING the device, I packed it in its original package and sent it back to the seller (I PAID THE SHIPMENT MYSELF). Guess what! I was refunded only 85% of the original price. When I contacted the seller (He doesn't respond to the phone number listed on Amazon, so I sent a message asking why I didn't get the full refund), he said: “Amazon charges restocking fee of 15% which it doesn’t refund”. I contacted Amazon costumer service about this, and they told me that there is no restocking fee!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
If I could give this place -10, I would. Owner is condescending, rude and yells at you if you are enquiring about your order. Repeat calls (because he never answers) are always unanswered. VM is always FULL. He will screen all incoming calls and only pick up the phone if you have a local number. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of him, it's like winning the lottery. He will tell you how many times you tried calling. He never answers his emails once you have made your purchase. He is very good with words and at blaming customers for his own mistakes. Would never recommend this place to any living person and if you do buy from him.. GOOD LUCK! you will need it!
