I usually never leave reviews but this shop and its staffs and owner sure deserve more than 5 stars. They have so much knowledge about racks and they are so professional and nice. I would recommend it without any doubts. The pricing is really fair and even if prices were higher I’d still go there. Thank you for your great work and your time!
Thanks for the absolutely outstanding service from the team at Rackstop – we spent a lot of time looking at options for my needs (carry a very long mountain bike, without losing camera and rear park sensors). I had the chance to try the bike on a few racks - nothing was too much trouble, practical advice offered and no pushy sales pressure. Fitting was fast and done with attention to detail. Thanks to Vince, Rich and Mitch – I would definitely recommend Rackstop North Vancouver.
Excellent service. Excellent availability of items in stock. We came in with a very old Yakima bike rack. We needed a few replacement parts and an adapter. Vincent found what we needed right away. He also noticed we had a rusty lynch pin which was at risk of getting lost when we took it out since it no longer attached to the frame by the wire tether. He replaced that part free of charge. Very impressed
I purchased a part for my Sport Rack bicycle rack that I had lost. The woman on the phone was very helpful and courteous and was able to help me find an appropriate part easily. I drove over to the shop on the same day and the two young guys in the shop were very helpful and provided me with an excellent customer service experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for bike racks or accessories, they have a huge selection
