Needed a part for my bike rack. Had to wait a few minutes but when he was available he was very helpful! He even come outside to help me install the new part & even assisted me putting on my new bike cover! Very pleased with their service!

Amazing service today! I was quoted 800 dollars by a different shop as my roof rack \foot\ broke loose and I had an older system so everything needed to be replaced. Luckily Rob from rack attack took a look and was able to fix it for me without purchasing a new system, much appreciated and amazing service
