Rack Attack exceeded my expectations! The product I wanted was in stock, well priced and available for curbside pick up. The Toronto location has ample store parking, which is a huge perk. The staff were quick to help via telephone, and were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable...it was a pleasure to shop with the gang at Rack Attack Toronto.

Ordered a hitch and rack over the phone. Super easy ordering process over the phone. Hitch arrived a week later and was able to schedule the install within a few days. Staff kind and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the workings of the rack before I left. Highly recommend
Very knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Called in told them what I was looking for and the order was ready for curbside pick up in no time. They also did the initial installation and spent time with me demonstrating how to install and uninstall my rack. Highly recommend.
The guys at Rack Attack are experts and happy to help. During the pandemic they are slammed, but their website is quite helpful. But there is no replacing the value they add by discussing issues over the phone or physically distant in person. I feel great about my purchase and install because of the Rack Attack team.
Great service from Lex and crew. Had a few questions over email that were answered promptly and thoroughly, went in the next day and lex was patient to explain everything to me as he put the new cargo box on my roof. Would recommend them to everyone and looking forward to being a repeat customer
