All-in-all the service was good. I took it upon myself to contact them when looking for a new car, they were quick to get back to me. Setting up an appointment was easy and they catered to our needs however, the friendliness of the Dartmouth location was fair at best. We waited a long time to even be greeted (even though there were multiple employees around) and then didn't really even have a smile from the lady helping us, it was almost like she hated her job and just wanted to be home. The Truro located on the other hand was night and day. Courtney was one of the most friendliest people I have dealt with. She knew every answer to all the questions I had and made every adjustment needed to get us into the car we wanted. She then took care of all the little things and was quick to email or call back with all and everything we needed. The car we wanted was at the Dartmouth location but they brought it to the Truro location, closer to us. The vehicle needed a tire change and some scratches buffed out and Race Auto fixed everything. We were told when we bought the car it had had an oil change but this wasn't true, however Race Auto changed the oil when I had the tires done. The car is working great and we love it.
You can get a car here with bad credit. For that they get an extra star. The payments are high for what you get. I'm not saying when you have bad credit, you will find good payments anywhere, but I had a 5 year lease and the car didn't last 5 years. Teach your kids about credit folks.

Great place to find used vehicle and staff are very friendly as well as supportive. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle.
100% the best customer service I've ever experienced. When no one else would help, they were there. They got me the car I wanted and I honestly couldn't be more happy. I drove these people crazy with questions, calls and emails, and they showed me the same respect every single time we made contact. Great job Courtney from race auto!! Rockstar service.
