At first all services were good, left a sampler for reproduction , they sent a confirmation of pic of embroidery which was approved by me. But font size was smaller than sample I provided on finished product. Not satisfied with there explanation of visual concepts for finished product. They had a sample provide and expected it would be duplicated for new product. VERY DISAPPOINTED! After some conversations they compensated me to my satisfaction. Again good service and good product, but need to make a physical sample for final approval when doing embroidery projects. Thank you.
