Give your loved one the freedom to choose.\ states the description on the gift card. That is, unless you want to purchase any of their services ahead of time online. If you go and read their terms and conditions it states that you cannot use gift cards to to purchase gift cards, which is pretty normal. What they don't feel like mentioning, is that everything is considered a gift card, so you cannot use that money towards a purchase. This is clearly mislabeled on purpose, they shouldn't have a separate \gift card\ section, then state that every purchase is a gift card.

Best experience we had in Quebec City. We spend our whole Sunday there almost lol. The massage was amazing. All the pools and saunas are beyond perfect. I highly recommend everyone goes to Quebec City, try this place.

Awesome spa!! A bit expensive but worth it! I wish we could make reservations because we had to wait in front for an hour.. we called right before going and the lady said it was fine and no reservation was needed.... The restaurant was also full and we could not eat. The spas are really clean and a lot of different experiences so that was really nice. I loved the different stations. Finally I also wish a little more gardening was done.. everything is beatyful but you have chunks of rocks and poorly grown grass everywhere lol. I would definitely go again! Also: salt pool is awesome and worth the 20 supplement! But for girls: DO NOT SHAVE THE DAY BEFORE OR THE SAME DAY! Salt will destroy lol

Due to Covid they are not open, which I understand, but I bought a giftcard as a gift to someone for a birthday next week that they can not use at the spa. Contacted the spa and they said no refunds. A business that steals peoples money in covid. The spa is great, but this really talks to the integrity of people behind it. WE CAN NOT SUPPORT THIS DURING TIMES LIKE THIS!

This is by far the nicest spa I have been too. The service is amazing, the view is out of this world. Hot pools, cold pools, dry saunas and steam rooms they have it all. I highly recommend it, especially during a nice snowy winter day, it makes the experience that much better!
