After having spoken with someone in the direction of SOS Phone, I am now satisfied with the explanation. It is simply the screen protector that was hazy. They offered to replace it for free. My screen is back to its original quality which is great! Thank you

Had some water get through cracks on my iPhone X so I lost my screen. Ordered a replacement which was done in real fast time. A month and a half later screen goes dark. Brought it back and quick (3 days) fix. Under guarantee, now screen protector is broken( 2 places) and has black spots everywhere. This is not same nice screen I had when I sent it for repairs. Very disappointed.
