Don’t really have any business with this company but they were able to pull my credit report with just a year of birth and last name. Very sketchy. I had to file for fraud as they gave my information to someone I do not even know. Never did I consented to a credit check or requested any services from them, not even dealt with someone that had their service but they were able to steal my information just like that. Thank god I had credit report alerts or I would never have known. Edit: Horrible. They are able to pull your credit report without consent or legal information that is needed to be able to pull a credit report in Canada. Beware and stay away from them. Andre Lemay is terrible at his job. When I called to ask who they were, why they accessed my credit file and how they were able to access my credit report, Andre Lemay wanted me to show up in the office to prove that I am myself. He then explained that they had taken random information and plugged it in and my report came back so they gave it to the landlord because the last name and the year of birth matched. Thank god I had credit monitoring with Equifax so I knew about it. After the initial call, he refused to have it in writing that they messed up so that I can file a police report. I will take further action to have them regulated. Pulling peoples credit reports without their consent is a crime and doing so with the bare minimum is wrong. Was contacted by Equifax and was told to ask CORPIQ for more information. They refuse to give.

only had membership for a year or two. Corpiq is only good at doing credit check. There are other companies cheaper price than Corpiq for credit check. During the 2 years, they could not help me with multiple questions I had in my head or even clear my doubts. For example, when my tenant got electric accident and when we wanted to add a door lock to the backyard fence door, I was worry about emergency exit code. In these cases, Corpiq told me they can not answer me because I should ask insurance company, fire department, police department or the city. So why do I need Corpiq for? canceled my membership and never go back.

If your land lord is affiliated with this company the best thing to do is turn and walk away. they won't do anything even if your dwelling has mold.

Je ne comprenais pas pourquoi la corpiq avait juste 3 étoiles, je suis allée voir les commentaires et les commentaires de 1 étoile c'est seulement des non membre. Un excellent service pour tout problème que vous avez. C'est arrivé une fois qu'il ne pouvait pas me répondre et ils m'ont transféré à un avocat sans frais. Ils ont plusieurs exemples de formulaire à utiliser pour toute sorte de situation qui peut nous arriver. Ils font des conférences sur certains sujets souvent gratuites si non à gros rabais. Je recommande l'inscription. Pour le prix, c'est en fonction du nombre de logement que vous avez. Si vous pensez grossir, abonnez vous pour 5 ans :)

Je voulais juste savoir combien coûtait l'adhésion....sur le site impossible de le savoir à moins de donner toutes tes informations personnelles et passer au travers une longue demande d'adhésion officiel, donc pas autant de temps à perdre juste pour savoir le prix. Par téléphone, même chose, ils vous demandent vos informations personnelles pour qu'un agent vous rappel et probablement vous fasse de la vente, comme ça d'une façon ou d'une autre ils auront une banque d'informations sur vous et pourrons utiliser ça pour faire de la vente d'une façon ou d'une autre. Je trouve ça très malhonnête d'attirer les gens aussi loin juste pour avoir une information aussi simple. Même s'il y a plusieurs prix pour 2 portes ou 20 portes, les prix devraient quand même être accessibles sans devoir donner pleins d'informations personnelles alors pour moi c'est un NON catégorique. Ce genre d'approche ''marketing'' me pue au nez!
