COMPLETE NO SHOW ON BOOKING! I had my vehicle booked a week in advance. The driver never showed and when I called I was asked to hold and then they hung up. When I called back I never heard back. No show and left me on side of road.

We really had a fantastic experience with Quest Limos. We used Quest Limos for our recent trip of 6 to get to and from the Airport. We had quite a bit of luggage including a car seat, play pen and stroller for our baby. William our driver was fantastic and was on time on both pick up and the return. Dispatch is very convenient and it was nice to know that they were monitoring the flights as our return flight was delayed significantly. I even had to call late at night to confirm pick and someone was on the other line to answer the phone. The price was reasonable as we requested 12 passenger van as it was able to accommodate all of our luggage. I definitely recommend Quest Limos for transfers to and from the airport if you need a ride they are unmatched.
This is our 3rd time we used Quest in Vancouver. They always provided us with free at service. Sam our driver was very helpful and courteous. The limo was sparkling cleans and smelled like new. 5 Star limo service.
