Loyal customer for 13 yrs. Paul Mayhew was fantastic and I'm happy for him stepping back from the business to enjoy retirement. I consider Paul a good friend. The new Apple Storage management of the facility has raised some questions re billing and contract that have caused me to give what was a 5 customer intimate operation a 4.

Excellent staff - all encountered were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Nice facilities - clean, and secure! Location is easy to find and convenient. Definitely recommend.
Perfect place to store. The staff was very kind and helpful in helping us find the perfect spot for us to use. I feel confident storing our property with Doane Road Storage.
