Dear Dr Kaveri, I am very disappointed in your behaviour today . I have been coming there for over a year and your attitude today was out of line. I have read all the negative reviews but regardless always thought you were an ok person but going forward i will never be returning there and for our phone appointment today , i advise you not to submit it to OHIP for payment as I will be contacting them to make sure that you don’t receive payment as you didn’t do what you were suppose to do .You have the option to see patients now as other clinics do YET you still want to do phone appointments and than rush people when you have more free time yet you are being paid the same amount of . Last week when we spoke about my results you didn’t give me all the information that you should have as a professional doctor as I had many questions about my results and you didn’t check to ensure all the results were back either yet told me they were untill i questioned you a second time today . I needed more information and today when we spoke you told me I am asking to many questions , and that you are busy yet you are getting paid by OHIP for the call and our phone convo lasted only 5 min and that is because I insisted to ask . I also asked you to refer me for another test which you suggested I should get yet than you tell me to go find a family doctor. How dare YOU tell me I need a test , than tell me go somewhere else for a referral when you could easily refer me it doesn’t make sense and a waste of our health care dollars. You are getting paid for the appointment already and can easily refer me for the test you recommended. I will never set foot there again , very disappointed. As a doctor you should be more informative and shouldn’t make rude comments telling your patient you don’t have time to answer their questions after only being 3 min into the conversation when your patient has legitimate health concerns.

I came here with my husband today who had a bad fall and injured both his ankles at work. The Reception staff asked us to wait while she'sbusy typing away. My husband is unable to walk let alone stand, he was made to wait for over 6 minutes in his situation. I ask her for a doctor and she says there's no one and the doctors aren't available for next week as well. I really don't understand why keep the clinic open when its supposed to be URGENT CARE?? Horrible staff and clinic.

when i first met Dr.Kaveri, in 2017...a nicer man and Doctor you could not ask for. staff was helpful, dr was helpful, and the pharmacist was amazing. They took care of me, helped me use my husbands benefits appropriately, through the pharmacy, and office. I was feeling better. Fast forward in May 2020, a crisis line referred me to speak to a doctor about an issue i was having, I naturally spoke to this clinic. Then received a call from Dr.Kaveri, like i said nicest man and doctor. For no apparent reason, after asking for help, he hangs up on me. I phone back, thinking we got cut off, and the staff tell me that Dr.Kaveri cannot prescribe over the phone. They arent open to public so i cannot go in. But the fact that this doctor refused to even inform me that he couldnt help me kind of upset me. On this I give this place on 1 on service, compassion and patient respect during crisis. Otherwise, i was happy with his knowledge and care.

Recently I had some health problem not really serious but annoying and causing me some degree of pain so as a result it required minor surgical procedure.Stumbled on Dr.Kaveri's clinic and this being a weekend expected some wait time but I was pleasantly surprised , because service was pretty fast,staff at the front desk was very welcoming , listening to my concern and courteous. I was directed to the procedure room when Dr.Kaveri appeared shortly and treated me knowledgeably , quickly and with utmost respect.The treatment included two aftercare visits which also were a positive experience.In conclusion ,combining quality of care, convenient location and being open 7 days a week with long hours , this clinic is highly recommended by me. ...
