Had a new 24 x 16 door install, a few months later had an issue and they came out promptly. Admitted the issue was their fault (which is rare in my experiences) and fixed it free of charge. No complaints since. Good rates and customer service.

After multiple issues with the original "builder recommended" supplier of my 3 year old garage door & opener (see photos), I decided to seek out better service & workmanship. I am so happy to have found it with Corey & Shay of Queen City Overhead Door. I was a customer at their shop and also had 2 of their technicians come to my home to re-install the wall mounted opener, center the door and tension the springs. When I went to the shop, Shay was so helpful and had the parts I needed very quickly. Before I knew it she was out at my trailer placing the parts on it and even taping a flag to the longer pieces that stuck out past the end. The technicians were friendly, efficient and made short work of getting my garage door back into working order. Corey had even stopped by when they had a minor issue and he was kind enough to give me some helpful tips to keeping my door working well.

These guys are amazing!!!! I called them for a routine maintenance call, due to the high quality workmanship of Mike there seasoned professional of 30 years found out that i was able to receive a free brand new garage door opener because my 30 year old craftsman was faulty from the day it was made. I really don't think a less experienced repairman would of had the expertise to do that degree of digging for me. I definitely recommend these guys, for there great service.

Shalyn was very friendly, accommodating and quick to get me scheduled in. Within two days, Mike had the new opener installed in about an hour, very clean install, and took away the old one. App to open door with my phone, works great! I highly recommend Queen City Overhead Door!
