I live in Edmonton, Alberta. For days I tried to find someone in Quebec City to help me put together a birthday surprise for my sister. I had absolutely no luck until yesterday, the morning of Christina's birthday. I had left a message explaining my needs on a voicemail at VINUM GRAPPA INC. Behold, a heroine called me back. She listened to my very "shaky" French, and calmly told me they only sell wine glasses, cabinets and ancillary things for the entertainment of guests & connoisseurs, neither she nor VINUM GRAPPA could help me; however, she took time to explain she knew a person that might help, on such short notice. Jean-Francois Ouellet-Le Detective Du Vin to the rescue! My sister was amazed! I am grateful someone so far away, unselfishly took time to help a stranger-me...when there's nothing at stake for her. Il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande passée en ligne, j'ai donc appelé leur service à la clientèle. L'employé a été super poli, il a réglé mon problème en moins de deux et le lendemain je recevais ma commande par Purolator. Merci! D'ailleurs, il on eu super choix pour ce qui est des sirops à cocktail.
Impossible de parler à qui que ce soit par téléphone et lorsqu’on se rend sur place , on dit d’appeler pour un rendez-vous pour la conception de cellier sur mesure ??? Aucun retour d’appel suite à 2 messages . Pathétique comme service . L’argent ira aux compétiteurs . Bonne chance !!

Tout vos besoin en matiere de vin, des verres de 7 a 250 le verre De quoi satisfaire tous les amateurs Service personalise car il n'y auras jamais 20 clients en même temps dans le magasin, attendez vous d'être seul, c'est tres possible
