This place helps the homeless with meals and shelter. There is also a clinic on the first floor, and the staff is awesome.

Was stuck in Quebec for about 10 weeks due to Covid, while headed for the East coast. The staff here warmly welcomed me, took me in unconditionally and helped me as much as possible during my stay, even though I spoke little French. Many compassionate employees work there. Also, the meals served in the cafeteria were often comparable to those served in 4 star restraunts! Bravo et merci Lauberivière!
Well I am from Sherbrooke and moved to Quebec City I didn't have an apartment so I stayed there for 12 days. I couldn't wait to leave this place. The police is there every day the ambulance also almost everyday. Most of the people there have mental drinking or drug issues. I would rather be homeless than going there again as a resident. But from time to time I go there for supper it's cheap at 75 cents.
ARCK
