I purchased a pool table at Quebec Billard , yesterday the installer Mazen did the installation. Such a professional and meticulous installer. I couldn't be happier with the service . Great person and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting a pool table installed.

We wanted maintenance on a babyfoot table of their own brand. It was difficult to get a hold of them. It took weeks before they came. After their service they left without a comment. However, we quickly realized the table was still not operating up to expectation. We tried to book them again. We were willing to pay. They avoided our emails and our calls. We did this for months. My take on this is they are too popular and don't like corporate contracts downtown where it is difficult to park. Their tables are not bad but need service yet they have a monopoly on them. We switched to a standard brand (with ball bearings). Problem solved for us. Avoid them. Wish I did in the first place since we lost a lot of our time.
Love the new ping-pong table! The net broke off and they had no problem replacing it. Appreciate these guys and will be doing business with them again.
