Dr Katchky who runs the practice called apologizing and will be dealing with the matter. Hopefully this is an end to it *** Great dentist but the one of the reception staff did not wear a face mask. When asked to wear a mask she laughed at me. This is the second time the same staff member of reception has not worn a mask. This time she pointed out she was more than six feet away and therefore it was ok. She was certainly closer than that the first time. She only put the mask on when I started recording her on my phone. It really should not have to come to this. In an indoor environment...during covid 19 on a medical emergency establishment that deals with customer facing public every day. This member of staff really needs upskilling, or sacking.
Dr. Sonia was amazing when I came to her earlier this year with severe tooth pain. She explained everything thoroughly and most importantly relieved me from my pain. Thank you to her and everyone at Quarry Dental
Been going to Dr Katchky for over 40 years. He is very understanding & kind. Has a great attitude. Has a kind heart. Staff fantastic. I have personally recommended him to other people all like him.
Just came from the dentist with my son and our experience was incredible. The staff here are so customer centric, friendly and flexible. They were patient with us and overall did everything to make our visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend.
