We bought our lot in May of 2019 and contacted Quality Homes to build us our dream home. We are more than happy with the service we received. It's a beautiful home and we have received many compliments on it. We have installed railings on our porch to finish it off!

Loved the house when we first moved in till spring foundation started to leak on going issue still and now they say your warranty is up and tell you to call a foundation company a 3 year old house should not be leaking threw foundation in several different spots . Call to speak to some one at kenilworth location leave a voice mail no replays from them. Terrible place.would never recommend this company. Very disapointed

We chose QEH for our new cottage having lost the original in a fire. We selected a model and the staff helped us augment the plan to work within our site specifications and budget. Our new spectacular cottage arrived 2 wks early and was finished on schedule. We were very happy with the quality of the build and the team’s ability to adapt to the unique challenges our property presented. There are many decisions to be made early when building a modular home. Purchasers should take the time to understand the options and work closely with their design consultants to ensure the home meets their needs. It is difficult to make design changes once in production. Do your homework and be prepared. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Thanks QEH.
