The apartments are nice. The rent is good but what could be fixed is the way they manage it.

Moved in in june staff was very friendly and helpful with the move considering all the covid restrictions. The suite is very nice and modern, in suite laundry room is a plus. had a few issues with appliances a few months after move in, was sorted out promptly. so far very happy, its a nice quiet place.

Triple Threat

I lived in Quail Ridge for 1 year, which was too short. It has been by far my best renting experience! I’d still be living there if my new job wasn’t across the city. The property management was most friendly and professional, going above and beyond. Same with maintenance! Friendly and prompt with repairs! The suites had a beautiful layout with lovely features in a serene area. I miss it dearly, but reflect on my happy stay often. I venture back to the area for walks here and there- perhaps one day I’ll return :) Thank-you for making my experience a great one!!

Our apartment is lovely. It's clean, spacious and in a wonderfully quiet area. It is pet friendly, and the office staff/maintenance personnel are fantastic. The best perk for me is having an in suite washer and dryer! The best!!! I also wanted to add that I recently had a challenge with my kitchen sinks. Zdravko was amazing. He worked on them for the entire afternoon, and two trips to Home Depot. He is a wonderful maintenance person to have around.

I've lived here for a year now, and I'm really enjoying my home. Wonderful staff that are helpful and, friendly. The buildings are well maintained, clean, pet friendly, and all at a fare price. Home sweet home.
