As a small business owner (Home Inspector in Owen Sound, Ontario), I've been a customer of Quad Solutions Marketing for just over 2 years now. Since I had never heard of them, it was difficult for me to trust 'another marketing company who makes great claims about Google positioning and recognition'. Well, after feeling them out and a month of exchanging e-mails, I decided to give it a try and let them serve me two ways. For a very reasonable price they built a new website for me, including all the backdoor links and other things that I don't understand, so my business would move up in Google rankings. I also paid for a few months of Google Ads administered through them. Although they told me it would probably take 6-12 months to build up my positioning (or whatever the right word is), they were very wrong! I was on the top within 2 months! Some time later I was able to completely stop using paid Google Ad services. Two years later, I'm still a very happy camper. I no longer pay or do anything special, except posting a business photo or short write-up on my Google account once a week. If my regional market changes and I need help, I will be calling Quad Solutions again. Their work was very beneficial for my business. Now, when my website needed adjustments, touch ups, etc, I was able to call and e-mail Emmy at their office and she would look after whatever needed to be forwarded to the right department. She's been amazingly helpful and patient with me (at the beginning, I probably drove her nuts with my endless doubts and questions, but she handled it all professionally and promptly). Their sales guy "Chris" is tanacious and will promise you the world. He is that annoying that I actually signed up with them just to get him to stop calling me. QUAD MARKETING SOLUTIONS (QMS) will then have another team contact me to discuss the marketing plan that Chris hasn't even relayed back to them. Very poor communication between their departments. And now 2 months later nothing has been done yet! Don't waste your money with them!

I received a call from Quad Solutions offering me 1st page coverage of my google adword listing on a 24/7 basis. I was hesitant at first but in my competitive limousine industry I decided to give them a try. They delivered as promised. My sales have improved drastically in the past year. Our phone rings consistently. In fact, we are so glad they phoned us to introduce themselves. We had no idea this service was available. We were paying google directly on a pay per click basis previously and were paying more than we do now with less coverage. Our sales rep is easily accessible and more than eager to help us with any changes we want to make. Was looking forward to using Quad solutions but after Eric kept forcing (basically yelling) what he wanted to do with out letting me explain my situation with what was happening, with my business and needing some time. I found him quite rude and demanding not only in the way talked to me but as soon as he finally stopped yelling at me because I wasn’t doing what he wanted, he just hung up because he didn’t get his way. Very unhappy and frustrated after any type of dealings with these people!

Quad Marketing Solutions is the company we were looking for over two years! I manage a local cleaning company called Bright Office Cleaning in which we do light duty commercial cleaning for businesses only. Quad Solutions was the only company that could help market our services to only commercial businesses and not residential.
