Update: After posting my initial review, Q1 reached out to me and further apologized for their mistake and handling of the situation and I was immediately issued a full refund for the product I order. I greatly appreciate the speed at which this matter was handled and, because of this, will consider using this distributor in the future. Ordered an aero adhesive from this company for a time sensitive project. The adhesive was advertised to be a 1 quart volume. They sent me a 1 pint kit. Although it was not the correct quantity, my team needed to start using it because of the time sensitively of the project. When I contact customer service, they stated that they only sell pint kits. They admitted this was a mistake on their website and admitted that no where in my ordered did it state that I was buying a pint. The website had a photo of a quart kit beside the price with no mention of \pint\ in the specs. The only recompense for this was an apology - no partial refund, no additional kit to make up for the volume difference. This was not a \misleading\ product description, this was blatant false advertising!
