Have to thank the team at Q Exteriors for the amazing work they do. They are very professional and had my job done on time as promised and the clean up was like nobody had even been to my home. It was great thanks guys !!!!
Nav (Q exteriors) was recommended to me by the other trusted contractor. Even at the beginning it was hard to get him to come for a quote. At the quotation time he mentioned he has to contact roofers to clarify some issues related to his work and he said he could start in 3-4 weeks. Week later no respond form Nav. For next 2 weeks I have been calling his cell phone and office many times. I let may massages on the office answer machine and his cell phone voicemail. I spoke many times to his secretary requesting contact me back. This morning I was lucky to reach Nav. I was surprised to hear I have to wait another 4 weeks before he start the job. I mentioned to him how many time I tried to reach him but he sad it was my fault and he is declining the job. He mentioned I have to sing the contract first to book the job. And I was calling him exactly for this reason. Ignoring the phone calls for 2 weeks and declining the job after 3 weeks of waiting (11 may the quote was done) is unprofessional. Very unreliable, untrusted. Wasted time with this contractor!
