I brought our old seized up VCR in for service in November. I wanted it back quickly for a special occasion that involved a video on cassette. I was so impressed with not only the job but with the speed as well, as they had it back within a few days. I've read some of the critical reviews and can say that my experience was pleasant and professional. The response was great and the cost was reasonable. If we need our electronics serviced in the future, Q-Electronic will be our first stop.

The selection of vintage stereo equipment and speakers was superb and I am super happy with the Sansui receiver I purchased from this shop. I have it running a couple of brand new towers and the sound quality and power is impressive. The co-owner who helped me out couldn't have been more knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this business.

This is the first time I've written a review of a local retailer. This particular issue took place several years ago and I'm cautiously optimistic the fellow I dealt with has moved on, but it's always grated on me and I've never been back since. I bought a cheap efurbished\ CD player for my son and it worked for about 2 months. When I returned it and politely explained the issue the fellow minding the store gave me a \deer in the headlights\ look and said absolutely nothing. I don't know what I was expecting, but an offer to repair it or perhaps a credit on another one would have been nice. I simply walked out, dropped the CD player off at a recycling depot and bought another one elsewhere. Not a positive experience.
