I'm a contractor, and dealing with Tony has been great from the start. The first job I did with him he ended up coming out himself as it was very last minute. Very pleased with how he treats my clients as well.
Final bill ended up being twice of what was initially quoted with no discussion. He brought an apprentice and charged us for the time when it was a simple, quick job where help was not needed. Also was supposed to follow up with a quote for another, larger job with no response in over a month. I would not recommend this plumber.
