I called in after 4:30 because I needed the belt replaced on my truck, I explained my situation to them and they took my truck in right away and had the belt changed in no time. All of the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to, I actually enjoyed meeting them and the conversations that we had while I waited. The staff were super helpful in answering all of the other questions and inquiries that I could throw at them. Thanks so much to all of the staff at pyramid you guys made my day! Would highly recommend to anyone.

In response to Mrs Atkinson’s review I am sorry you had a misunderstanding with us. In order to give you an accurate estimate we needed to clean/degrease your engine, radiator, coolers which we mentioned to you as well as the UV dye that was added. The vehicle was dropped off to find an oil leak and then provide an estimate so sorry you thought the 1 hour we spent on it would be free. We like to identify the problem rather than guess on the repair. I do base my business on honesty and integrity and do our best to treat people right.

Ordered parts said they would be in the next day, I call back the next day said they didn't have them and to call the next day. Call again still no parts. Don't bother with these people.
